
J&J Vision Care implemented a major ERP system across their EMA region and wanted to establish a ‘Process Expert’ team that would support the end-user community, enabling them to realise the full potential of the system. The team needed to ‘hit the ground running’ providing first line support and liaison with the US-based IT community.
Using our ‘Fast Performing ‘ teams approach , we designed a series of workshops to help the team form, align around its objectives, establish effective working practices and clarify mutual with its various stakeholders. The team were able rapidly to establish effective triage procedures with over 95% of all issues being dealt immediately without escalation.
The andpartnership were able to develop a bespoke set of workshops that allowed the organisation to quickly implement a fast performing Process Expert team and rapidly get the best from them. The organisation is much better positioned to support its ERP system thanks to their work. Due to the success of this EMA initiative, the Process Expert Team model is now being rolled out to other Vision care regions globally - and naturally the andpartnership will be working with us.
