Case Study
Faced with major challenges in the market place, a well known high street name recognised the need to make radical changes in how it operated. Recognising the scale of the changes required, they set about creating a team of change enablers, drawing from a cross section of the workforce and leadership populations, to actively participate in and shape the change process. andpartnership designed and delivered a 3 day in-depth ‘understanding change’ programme for this group of 90+, covering both the ‘hard’ and ‘soft’ sides of change. This was subsequently rolled out the remaining workforce as a 2 hour taster module.
The change enablers have been established as an active and effective change network, acting both as a sounding board for senior leaders and as a conduit for staff feedback throughout the change process.
A really enlightening session – this has helped me to understand why people find change so difficult and what my role as a leader needs to be. Thank you so much!
