adobe_logoFollowing a major restructure a high street baker retailer/manufacturer was experiencing increased management turnover and staff dissatisfaction. We initially undertook a diagnosis of underlying causes by facilitating a series of focus groups involving all managers, interviews with senior leaders and analysis of staff satisfaction data. This informed a series of interventions including a large group event for all leaders, leadership development workshops and development for the HR team as change agents.

Results included a reduction in management turnover by 60%, improvement in staff ‘intention to stay ‘ by 55%, as well as a more effective and cohesive senior team.

The andpartnership helped us to find the reasons for high management turnover and used innovative methods to turn it around. The results we have achieved so far have been remarkable and have exceeded our expectations. As a result of this intervention we have prevented some of our best people from leaving – I consider it money well spent!
