Case Study
Following a major reorganisation, Boots (Supply Chain Division) wished to develop the skills of its middle and senior leadership population. andpartnership created a series of integrated leadership workshops designed not only to enhance the skills of this group but also to help create a culture of dynamism and drive. The programme was delivered by internal facilitators with andpartnership taking a ‘train the trainer’ role. The programme has far exceeded expectations, reflected in the feedback from participants.
The andpartnership developed a programme with subject matter pitched just right for our leadership challenge. They were particularly flexible and open around how the programme would be implemented, and when we took the decision to deliver in-house worked very hard to ensure that our facilitators had the best chance of delivering the content successfully. The resulting programme has been a real highlight for our team, and example of working together successfully.
